To provide service quality, all water used to process our media is filtered through a reverse osmosis unit followed by an ultraviolet sterilizer.  This ensures ultra low TOC levels, and 99.999% removal of all bacteria in the water used for media processing.

For ion exchange regeneration, the chemical addition is controlled by acid and caustic concentration metered to ensure that correct amounts are utilized.  Hot and cold water is utilized during the regeneration process.  The quality of each regenerant process is monitored by resistivity meters.
